Christmas Tree Wreath

Updated: Sep 18, 2020

This cheery wreath will add Christmas spirit wherever you hang it!

I used discarded branches from our Christmas tree, but you don't necessarily have to sacrifice your Christmas tree to make this craft! You can always pick up some fake branches from your local craft store.

How To Make

Instructions

The first thing I did was to chose a sturdy branch and lop off the lower branches from it, leaving only the bushy top. I repeated this with most of my branches.

Next I placed a branch on top of the first one and tied them together with some yarn.

I repeated this step until I had a circle.

The next step was to cut the very tops off my remaining branches and hot glue them to the wreath, filling in any bare spots.

Now for the decorations! I wrapped a string of beads around my wreath, hot gluing the ends to the back of the wreath.

Finally, I hot glued a bow to the bottom of the wreath and a flower at the top (although it's not in the photo, sorry) and hung it on my door.

And there you have it! A classic wreath for Christmas!
