This easy sun catcher makes a great craft for children of all ages!
This Kid's craft requires a little patience, but it's worth the wait!
What You Need
-pipe cleaners
-white school glue
-beads (optional)
Instructions
The first thing I did was to bend the pipe cleaner into a heart. You can of course use any shape you want. A circle might be the easiest shape for small fingers, though. I then added a loop to the top of the heart so it could be hung up.
Next I placed my heart on a piece of foil. Wax paper works even better, so whichever one you want to use. I poured the glue into the heart, making sure to spread it evenly, getting all the edges. NOTE"The problem with using foil, of course, is that it can get crinkly, so make sure you're okay with a wrinkled sun catcher before you use foil.
After that i sprinkled in the beads.
When it was dry, I carefully peeled it off the foil and hung it in my window. And there you have it! A fun and easy sun catcher!
