These cute Kid's Crafts are the perfect intro to crafting!
If you want to get a little one interested in crafting, try one of these elf baby Kid's Crafts! I thought these little people looked just like miniature elves, hence the name. These crafts are guaranteed to make them smile! NOTE: these crafts use a hot glue gun, so make sure you either use the glue gun yourself or supervise them carefully, depending on how old your kids are.
Elf Baby
What You Need
-pencil eraser
-large plastic bead
-two smaller star-shaped beads
-hot glue gun
Instructions
To make these I hot glued a ring of glue around the bottom of the eraser and stuck the large bead onto the glue.
I proceeded to glue the two star-shaped beads on, one to the bottom of the large bead, and one to the bottom of the first star-shaped bead.
Your elf baby is done! These are so fun and easy to make I quickly made a small army of them! I then realized I'd used over half of our eraser supply. Oops!
Here are some crafts to make with your elf baby:
Elf Baby Magnet Clip
What You Need
-elf baby
-old magnet clip
-hot glue gun
Instructions
This is even easier to make than an elf baby, but it's still just as fun!
All you need to do to make this craft is to put a small amount of hot glue onto the second elf baby bead and press the baby onto the center of the clip.
Elf Baby Keychain
What You Need
-elf baby
-key ring
-yarn
-scissors
-hot glue gun
Instructions
To make this craft I hot glued a piece of yarn to the back of the eraser hat.
I tied the yarn onto the key ring and made an elf baby keychain!
Elf Baby Bed
What You Need
-elf babies
-piece of cardboard
-acrylic paint
-piece of tissue paper
-hot glue gun
-paintbrush
Instructions
This is the perfect bed for your elf babies to take a nap! I painted the small piece of cardboard and let it dry.
I crumpled up a piece of tissue paper to make it more blanket-like, stretched it out just enough to cover the edges, and hot glued it in place. Now your elf babies have a bed!
And there you have it! Fun crafts for a young child to make!
